Following an application by Cornwall Council with our local Caradon Observatory ( Well done to all those who supported the designation process), the International Dark-Sky Association has officially designated Bodmin Moor as
An International Dark Sky Landscape.
It is the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to receive IDA accreditation for its dark skies.
